The demand for improving performance, streamlining operations and having to do more with less, are just a few reasons ScheduALL has invested heavily in developing partnerships that enable greater degrees of interoperability for its customers.

The ScheduALL & Tektronix Cerify partnership delivers enhanced integration between Enterprise Resource Management (ERM) functionality and Quality Control (QC). Now workflows can be consolidated across disparate systems, scheduling dependencies can be identified and conflicts easily avoided. This interoperability allows users to manage and monitor Cerify within the ScheduALL system, as well as create one or more automated QC requests from a Work Order leveraging the CeriTalk® interface. Key areas impacted are the elimination of redundant data entry, accelerated transaction processing time, reduced errors, and the ability to report and invoice. ScheduALL users are even able to see the status of their automated QC jobs in real-time.

How It Works

The ScheduALL Content Verification Agent (CVA) scans the database for new jobs and if found, generates and sends messages to the Cerify Endpoint via the CeriTalk interface. When the QC process for a media file is complete, ScheduALL retrieves the results and writes the information to the ScheduALL database – allowing the next project phase to begin, including billing. The ScheduALL “Activity by QC Job” browser lists the QC Jobs in the system within a given time period, and also includes the status and results of the job. It’s that easy!

Cerify is a fully automated system for performing Quality Control by verifying and checking file based content prior to transmission or use. Cerify replaces the error-prone manual process of visually inspecting video content, by performing a thorough check of video files. All aspects of the content are checked, including compliance and correctness to video and audio standards, video formats, resolutions, bit-rates, adherence to transmission system limits and also video and audio quality.
