Implementation Manager (LONDON)
ScheduALL, the leader in enterprise resource management for the broadcast and media industry has an immediate opening for Implementation Manager in our London office.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the implementation of ScheduALL systems of varying sizes and complexity for clients across the region from small post production houses to large complex satellite transmission companies.
- Undertake system configuration, user training, spec writing and some technical pre-sales support.
- Assist customers through the complete project life cycle including:
- System purchase
- POC
- Administration training
- System configuration
- Bespoke development through to “go live”
Additional Requirements
- Enthusiastic with experience of the IT life cycle - including business analysis, support, implementation, development, testing, tech sales etc.
- Gain product knowledge in detail and implement it across a variety of media/broadcast clients in the EMEA region.
- Must be a team player accustomed to working in a small group environment in a dynamically changing business.
- Strong communication, customer interaction skills.
- Must be able to work on your own initiative on client sites and to write customer facing docs including functional specs and business analysis, test scripts.
Proven experience implementing products and media and broadcast industry experience a plus.
