Systems Implementation Specialist
ScheduALL, the leader in enterprise resource management for the broadcast and media industry has an immediate opening for Systems Implementation Specialist based in Austria.
Responsibilities
Due to increased demand for our application and services, we require systems implementation specialists to join our Austrian team. The successful applicants in this rewarding role will lead implementations of ScheduALL software at our customers in a client-facing role. This demands an individual who is both enthusiastic and qualified to represent ScheduALL in a wide variety of business environments. The successful applicant will be based at our Austrian office near Vienna and will be required to travel to Clients across Europe.
- Responsible for individual ScheduALL system implementations.
- Planning/assisting in the creation of project proposals and project plans.
- Assisting clients through the complete project life cycle.
- Documenting business processes/system requirements.
- Liaising with clients to formulate solutions through product configuration.
- Recommending and implementing improvements related to client business processes.
- Evaluating client needs and proposing configurations to meet business requirements.
- Creating functional and report specifications.
- Liaising with ScheduALL technical and programming staff to assist in delivering client solutions.
- Creating and reviewing test plans.
- Coordinating and performing user acceptance testing for new systems and/or existing system enhancements.
- Coordinating and communicating with clients to implement system installations/modifications.
Additional Requirements
- At least 3 years relevant systems analysis / project implementation experience.
- Demonstrated ability to implement client/server technology, with a hands-on approach.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas to a range of audiences.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to work on your own initiative or as part of a team along with a commitment to providing outstanding levels of customer service.
- Have a good understanding of business information technologies, and their applications.
- Educated to degree level.
- Proficient French in word and writing.
Preferred
- Broadcast industry experience
- Database experience (preferable in SQL / Oracle)
- Crystal Report Knowledge
